Sales:

• If you are not entirely satisfied with any product please contact us to discuss how we may be of assistance.

Workshop bookings:

• Please contact Justine ahead of booking a workshop to ensure a mutually convenient date and time
• Please note that £150 payment will secure your booking for up to 4 people
• If you wish to cancel you can do this up to 14 days  before your workshop and you will receive a full refund less reasonable costs incurred
• if you wish to cancel less than 14 days before your workshop you will receive a credit for £150 that can be used to secure an alternative date for a workshop
• Full payment for your workshop should be made 7 days before your workshop and any cancellations after this date will not be refunded
